About The Position

Nucor Towers and Structures (NTS) is a new entity within Nucor, the largest recycler and largest manufacturer of steel and steel products in North America, focused on the execution of our strategy to 'Expand Beyond' our core business. As a part of Nucor's New Markets product group, NTS is focused on the exciting growth potential in the power distribution market. Current production facility is in West Hazleton, PA with plans to build a national footprint.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating production schedules and managing documents for daily/weekly production, with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI
• Production scheduling or planning experience.
• Experience with D365 ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Working within the production control team to print and organize travelers, daily/weekly production schedules, along with all other document/e-documents needed for daily/weekly production schedule, before and after production.
• Auditing daily D365 production for errors and monitoring production reporting.
• Assist in inventory tracking and management.
• Support in D365 issues and improvements.
• Monitor and report percentage of scrap in each department.
