We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Production Administration Coordinator to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll be partnering with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to ensure every project runs smoothly from setup to final billing. What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will ensure that all of Operations, Sales Department, and Accounting Department have confirmed overall cost of projects, and that records such as tax settings, timelines and coding's are accurate according to projects. This person will be a resource for 4Wall employees at all levels to check on the status of an order and confirm all required documentation, deposits and customer details are correct before orders begin. What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of administrative, coordination, or office experience. Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized. Willingness to accept new challenges as the job may grow and change over time. Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet. Entertainment industry experience a plus. What you should know: This position is full time. Must be available for evenings and weekends as needed. Occasional travel for training may be required.
