About The Position
The position involves managing the monthly production accounting for all areas of Eagle Ford, ensuring accurate and timely bookings and reporting of production volumes. The role requires generating monthly volumetric upload files, reconciling volumes, and validating production data. The candidate will oversee the monthly close process, assist in responding to internal and external audit requests, and follow all internal controls related to production accounting. Additionally, the position includes investigating interface issues between systems and assessing new production systems for accuracy and efficiency regarding production allocation. The candidate will coordinate weekly reconciliations between Energy Components and the Global production reporting system, assist in preparing and presenting current monthly estimates to management, and create and maintain setups in Production Accounting systems. Daily collaboration with EFBU operational and measurement personnel is essential to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot volume discrepancies.
