The FO Production Accountant will be responsible for supporting the production team in the tracking of project costs, invoices, and payments. This role requires a highly organized individual who is detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to self-manage orders of priority.

  • Receive invoices from ongoing projects and file within provided system
  • Input invoices into costs tracker for each project
  • Work with production to project cash flow for project
  • Provide weekly reporting on projected costs trends for each project
  • Process Vendor onboarding requests for Fever Originals projects, ensuring that the necessary information is received in a timely and complete manner
  • Review Vendor invoices to ensure correct formatting and information
  • Ensure correct information is entered into Finance system for individual invoices
  • Track Vendor invoices and liaise with the Global Finance Team to ensure timely payment
  • Escalate missing and/or mis-paid invoices with Global Finance Team
  • Assist production in expediting key invoices as needed
  • Identify areas for improvement in Production costs tracking processes and provide recommended solutions
  • Identify potential templates and software solutions for improvement of cost tracking processes
  • Work with Global Finance Team to improve overall financial processes, including rollout of new systems with Production team
  • Collaborate closely with FO teams to ensure vision is translated effectively into execution
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Producer and other team members as needed
  • Attend project finance meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute action items
  • Ensure all invoices are checked for accuracy, including both Vendor-supplied information and Production fields
  • Troubleshoot missing, late, and incorrect invoices
  • Experience in entertainment, ideally live event, production accounting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace. Project management skills software a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
