About The Position

This position involves a dual role that combines accounting responsibilities with photography skills. The primary focus is on accurately recording and reconciling financial transactions, assisting in budget preparation, and monitoring production expenses. Additionally, the role requires capturing high-quality images related to production activities and editing those images using industry-standard software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field.
• 2 years of accounting experience, including strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, accounting software (QuickBooks, AccountEdge).
• 2 years of photography experience, including use of DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately using accounting software.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for production projects.
• Monitor production expenses and provide regular reports to management.
• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
• Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials required for production activities.
• Utilize production and photography skills to capture high-quality images of products, events, and production processes.
• Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software tools.
