About The Position

A Production II associate is responsible for multiple duties including restocking, order audit, and picking orders. This role involves quickly and accurately picking product from designated locations and placing it into cartons on a pre-built pick cart or into totes as directed by a hand-scanner. Associates will restock product into designated locations, inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct all completed orders to be invoiced and shipped. The position requires operating a voice or Radio Frequency unit, checking out and returning equipment in the same condition, and meeting minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines. Associates are also expected to perform other assigned duties and comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities
• Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Strong attention to details
• Comprehend verbal and written instructions
• Regular and prompt attendance
• Essential days or overtime may be required

Responsibilities
