About The Position

At TensorWave, we’re leading the charge in AI compute, building a versatile cloud platform that’s driving the next generation of AI innovation. We’re focused on creating a foundation that empowers cutting-edge advancements in intelligent computing, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the AI landscape. We’re looking for our first Product Manager to help us deeply understand our users and evolve our core infrastructure platform.

Requirements

  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure or GPU-based compute platforms
  • You've either built or scaled a GPU/cloud platform or been a power user of cloud GPU clusters (e.g. ML researcher, systems engineer, etc.)
  • Comfort working closely with engineering — possibly an engineering background yourself
  • Strong customer empathy and experience in user research or product discovery
  • You default to learning and listening, not over-asserting
  • You’re comfortable owning small, iterative product decisions — not trying to design the master plan.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in early-stage startups or 0→1 product environments
  • Understanding of AMD Instinct GPUs, ROCm, or similar AI/ML infrastructure stacks
  • Technical writing or documentation experience

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the user. Talk to real customers daily — uncover how they’re using our GPU cloud, what problems they’re facing, and where we can help.
  • Do the grunt work. Research competing solutions, study usage data, log feedback, and aggregate insights that inform product direction.
  • Work hand-in-hand with engineering. Translate user problems into clear, technically-grounded suggestions for our eng team. Be in the loop on implementation and feasibility.
  • Drive tactical product improvements. This is not about vision decks — you’ll own small, practical product decisions and help us ship fast.
  • Understand the hardware. Our product is infrastructure: GPUs, interconnects, thermal design, memory bandwidth, cluster scheduling. You should love this stuff or be hungry to learn it.
  • Own the roadmap (lightly). Keep an evolving list of what matters most. Prioritize customer impact. Make sure we’re not flying blind.
  • Stay humble and curious. We don’t want someone trying to 'own the product' — we want someone obsessed with understanding it.
