About The Position

Lumeris is a leading provider of technology and services that empower healthcare organizations to excel in value-based care. We equip our clients - health systems, physician organizations, and payers - with the tools and insights needed to deliver higher quality care, improve patient outcomes, and reduce costs. We are seeking a visionary and strategically-minded Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution for our suite of Value-Based Care products, with a specific focus on how these solutions can enable the evaluation, development, and optimization of clinical service lines within a value-based framework. This role demands a leader who understands the intricacies of both VBC technology and the operational realities of building and managing effective clinical service lines.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive product management experience in the healthcare technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully defining, launching, and scaling enterprise-level healthcare software products.
  • Deep understanding of value-based care models, payment structures, quality metrics, and the regulatory landscape impacting VBC.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of healthcare data, data warehousing, business intelligence, and statistical modeling principles.
  • Experience with risk adjustment methodologies and their application in technology solutions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear, compelling product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Lumeris's suite of Value-Based Care products.
  • Lead comprehensive market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and emerging trends in both VBC technology and the strategic management of clinical service lines.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization through development, launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration based on performance data and customer feedback.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, UX/UI design, clinical leadership, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of healthcare data, analytics methodologies, risk adjustment models, quality metrics, and KPIs relevant to clinical service line performance.
  • Stay abreast of the evolving value-based care landscape and translate these insights into strategic product decisions.
  • Present product strategy, roadmap, and performance updates to the executive leadership team and other key stakeholders.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to product management, utilizing analytics and KPIs to inform decision-making and measure product success.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients to understand their evolving needs in both VBC and clinical service line management.
