About The Position

GE Aerospace’s Product Validation (PV) Team is a cross-functional engineering organization that provides key expertise and resources across all aspects of test planning and execution, from ideation through verification and validation. Key teams and disciplines include Evaluation Engineering, Test Enabling Hardware, Test Facilities, Instrumentation, and Data Systems. These teams represent a growing global footprint with a wide array of world-class testing facilities. The PV team owns and drives testing efforts ranging from technology maturation component- and rig/module-level testing through full-scale certification and qualification testing for New Product Introduction programs. The Product Validation Deputy Program Manager / Master Scheduler is a programmatic and analytical leader with strong technical awareness, working closely with Systems and Design teams to understand testing needs ranging from component-level tests to full engine builds. The role focuses on operationalizing the planning and execution of these activities across the PV enterprise, with an emphasis on schedules, resources, and demand visibility. This role will specifically focus on identifying demand signals for PV resources, decomposing and quantifying these signals into headcount, skill mix, and hardware needs, signaling these demands to adjacent teams within PV, and monitoring the scheduling and execution of these activities. The PV Deputy Program Manager / Master Scheduler will work with PV program leaders to assess test effort demands, establish Strategic Workforce Plans (SWP) for all Future of Flight (FoF) testing efforts, and ensure execution rigor is aligned with the GE Aerospace Engineering Handbook and Flight Deck Fundamentals.
