What You’ll Do: Validate and characterize ROIC‑based products to ensure they meet design and performance requirements. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop test plans and produce clear, accurate test reports. Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize product performance through lab measurements and data evaluation. Utilize lab test equipment and automation tools to execute test procedures. Communicate findings and progress effectively with team members and stakeholders. What You Need: Pursuing or recently completed a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Understanding of semiconductor devices and analog/mixed‑signal circuit fundamentals. Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, and current probes; familiarity with GPIB, SCPI, or socket-based automation. Programming and analytical skills with tools like Python, JMP, Spotfire, R, or Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across engineering teams.
