Requirements

• Comfortable administering developed trainings.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and design training materials for new product launches in collaboration with product managers.
• Prioritize and align necessary resources for effective product launches, ensuring schedule, budget, and sales requirements are met.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtually and in-person, for Steelcase sales teams.
• Assist with in-field training to support significant product launches.
• Maintain and update the marketing team's training materials.
• Guide and support team members in their growth and development.
