Product Trainer Musco's Insane Impact Team has an opening for a Product Trainer at our Des Moines office . Requirements

  • Ability to interact with customers in a comfortable, non-sales environment
  • Mechanically oriented with the ability to make independent decisions
  • OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Driver License, clean driving record, ability to obtain DOT medical card, and a passed background screening
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs at a time, travel to job sites, and work indoors & outdoors
  • Basic computer skills
  • Travel is up to but not limited to 75%

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer locations to provide on-site training.
  • Perform trailer certifications and documentation once trailer has been commissioned.
  • Conduct an Insane Impact-positive training that includes walking the customer through a 2-4 hour process covering warranty, servicing components, training on software, safety precautions, proper storage and transfer of product, troubleshooting, in-depth product knowledge, marketing opportunities, branding, and final hand-off items.
  • Assist in securing logistics to deliver the trailer or physically delivering the product in areas within proximity to Des Moines, IA.
  • Aid in the maintenance and upkeep of our owners guides and manuals within our Max trailer portal.
  • Offer the warranty documents to our customers while helping them walk through any questions while filling out post-sale materials.
  • Stay updated on product information including maintaining relationships with our vendors.
  • Communicate timelines to the customer based on the feedback within our project management system and the operations team.
  • Accommodate the operations team on an as-needed basis to program, build, or transfer our raw goods during the build process.
  • Ensure product arrives to customer in a clean, professional fashion including remote cleanings before reaching the final destination.
