Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Product Testing Analyst - Quality Control Laboratory through July 18th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. The Quality Control Department (QCD) is responsible for supporting the refinery through the testing of process and finished product samples. Its priority is to ensure finished products meet all ASTM, CARB, EPA and Chevron Product Quality requirements. This position will perform all necessary testing to meet these requirements. This includes chemical and physical analysis by titration, distillation, gas and liquid chromatography, X-ray, Octane and other testing techniques. QCD is a 24/7 operation and Lab Operators are required to work shift work, 12-hour shifts, typically working 14 out of 28 days per month.
