With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Product Test & Validation Specialist to join our team in Camarillo, CA!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Software, or Biomedical) or a related field or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of three years of experience to include the following:
  • Proven experience in testing electronic hardware devices or precision instruments.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, command-line tools, and specifically ADB commands for direct device interaction and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing test results and identifying performance trends
  • Ability to perform root-cause analysis on hardware issues and support repairs
  • Practical skill in light soldering and hardware assembly is mandatory for physical instrument validation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required

Responsibilities

  • Test and validate EnSURE Touch luminometers and CalCheck rods following hardware or software changes.
  • Verify functionality of manufacturing and repair test tools used by contract manufacturers and global repair centers.
  • Collect and analyze test data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Troubleshoot instrument hardware issues and support repair activities when needed.
  • Perform light hardware assembly and soldering as part of testing and troubleshooting.
  • Document test procedures, results, and validation reports.
  • Deploy validated test tools and procedures to contract manufacturers and internal repair departments.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to manufacturing partners and repair teams.
