About The Position

Works closely with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements, provide innovative solutions, and recommend improvements to management.

Requirements

• BAC / Bac+2
• 0 to 2 years of experience (in relevant processes or functions)
• Strong English writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Personal Qualities: precise, logical, detail-oriented, self-driven, and curious
• Physical Aptitude: Adequate (or corrected) vision to read instruments
• Ability to handle heavy or bulky equipment and samples, and perform measurements in different work environments
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Mental Aptitude: High level of concentration to perform accurate measurements and ensure result quality
• Emotional resilience and strong stress management skills, especially under tight deadlines or during audits

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the lab supervisor or test engineer.
• Samples reception and storing
• Visual Inspection
• samples identification
• samples preparation (cutting, soldering, stripping, polishing, cleaning, .... )
• Test fixture preparation.
• Insures the good working order of the test equipment
• Insures maintenance First Level and allowed maintenance possible.
• Insures 5S+1 in the Lab area.
• Report to the leader about improvement on the test station
• Attend the planning meeting with the technical supports and the laboratory manager.
