About The Position

At AMD, our mission is to build great products that accelerate next-generation computing experiences—from AI and data centers, to PCs, gaming and embedded systems. Grounded in a culture of innovation and collaboration, we believe real progress comes from bold ideas, human ingenuity and a shared passion to create something extraordinary. When you join AMD, you’ll discover the real differentiator is our culture. We push the limits of innovation to solve the world’s most important challenges—striving for execution excellence, while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives. Join us as we shape the future of AI and beyond. Together, we advance your career. Join a global team responsible for enabling next‑generation AMD microprocessors in high‑volume manufacturing. In this role, you will plan, debug, and manage manufacturing and characterization test programs on industry‑leading Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms such as LTXC Sapphire and Verigy 93K. You will work hands‑on with test hardware, test software, and device‑specific IP to ensure compatibility, compliance, and complete test coverage from early product definition through product qualification and ramp. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in silicon debug, test infrastructure, and product engineering while collaborating across cross‑functional teams driving AMD’s most advanced CPU products. You are a self‑driven engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced technical environment and can independently solve complex problems with accuracy and reliability. You take ownership of your deliverables, communicate clearly across distributed teams, and consistently demonstrate sound engineering judgment. Your curiosity, accountability, and collaborative mindset help you navigate ambiguity and contribute meaningfully to product success.
