About The Position

Requirements

• 3-6 months manufacturing experience
• Experience training others
• Ability to understand engineering drawings
• Experience performing mechanical assembly
• Experience performing electrical assembly
• Experience operating machinery

Responsibilities

• Review work assignments, paperwork, and documentation to optimize time and activity for the shift.
• Perform assigned manufacturing processes according to established policies and standards.
• Check completed work for conformance with specifications and report defective materials.
• Ensure established quality and quantity standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Confer with the Manager or department Lead to share observations and recommendations for process improvements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area to minimize safety hazards.
• Contribute to a cooperative work effort by performing assigned duties accurately and timely.
• Demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing processes and facilitate organization of materials and tools.
• Provide general guidance and assistance for trainees.
