  • Ability to work productively in a busy remote environment
  • Previous experience in a technical support and/or helpdesk position.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, primarily via email (90%) and occasionally by phone (10%).
  • Manage and resolve approximately 25-30 customer tickets daily, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
  • Investigate reported issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions when possible.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team for resolution.
  • Keep customers informed of the status of their issues throughout the resolution process.
  • Collaborate with team members to share updates and improve support processes.
