Includes facilitating meetings/discussions with team members to clarify scope and requirements.   You will report to the Site Director and be located at Shoreview, MN. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be onsite 2-3 days per week. We do not provide relocation for this position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5 years experience with Fuel Handling equipment, Bid and Proposals, sales, project management or other related fields.
  • Experience with SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe PDF

Responsibilities

  • Identify the scope of work for new RFQs, with product manager support and submit B&P funding request to the respective regions
  • Document the scope of work/supply and collecting the initial cost estimates from the support groups associated with the deliverable scope of work
  • Assist support groups in developing an understanding of the customers' requirements and proposed scope of work
  • Identify any questions or need for clarification from the customer
  • Develop the technical bid documents (e.g. Compliance Matrix, Technical Description (TD)
  • Obtain concurrence, modification or exceptions to the technical requirements and quality assurance requirements
  • Driving offer schedule
  • Maintain offer cost workbook
