Job Summary The Product Support Specialist will work alongside our Segment Teams to provide a wide range of services to our customers (both internal and external) by assisting them with product questions, selection, maintenance, quotation, installation, training, availability, and ordering of Roxtec products and components. Accounts targeted include power, data centers, advanced facilities, rail infrastructure, heavy vehicles, process industries (mining, green hydrogen), and telecom.
