You won't just be answering emails; youâll be the bridge between cutting-edge tech and the worldâs most exciting indie labels. You will work with our ADA business to make sure that independent record labels and indie artists that sign with ADA are able to quickly learn how to use all of the tools at their disposal and help existing clients as well. This role will involve some direct customer interactions and training, but the bigger focus will be on creating content (videos, documents) so that clients can help themselves.
