Product Support Specialist - Precision Level 2 is a professional position that provides technical support to CNH Employees, Dealers, and Customers. You will be a team member within the North American Product & Precision Support organization. These Teams have three primary roles within the North American CNH Industrial commercial operations: Provide expert technical advice to dealership service and precision department technicians and CNH Industrial Field Service people; help improve reliability and serviceability of CNH Industrial products; author and maintain service information and solutions into the ASiST Knowledge database for Dealers to reference. This position is eligible for a HYBRID flexible work model and is located in New Holland, PA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience with mobile equipment.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree CNH will accept an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of technical experience with mobile equipment experience.
  • Experience with mobile equipment can be with agricultural, construction or forestry equipment; on/off-road trucks; automobile and/or aviation and should include diagnostics of mechanical, electrical (12 or 24 volt DC), hydraulic systems and knowledge of electronic test equipment.
  • 2+ years' experience with precision agriculture support or utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Be a technical resource for other members of the Precision Support team.
  • Build and maintain Technical Documents for current use with specific procedures for our customer/technicians in the field.
  • Be hands on with our dealers and customer to resolve issues by phone or Face to Face on occasion on factory fit, aftermarket and digital solutions.
  • Work closely with other product & precision support teams, field sales managers and quality teams to ensure timely resolution to technical concerns / issues throughout the crop year.
  • Provide feedback to Product management to improve the design of our solutions.
  • Diagnosis of systems using electronic test equipment and interpretation of fault codes.
  • Adjustments and settings for hydraulic, electrical and application performance.
  • Knowledge of procedures related to equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Answer general inquiries related to setup and operation of precision aftermarket solutions.
  • Reacting quickly to HOT TOPIC issues and solving them in a professional and efficient manner.
