Pay Range: $81,900.00 - $134,550.00 Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and solutions‑driven Product Support Scientist to advance the performance, reliability, and customer success of our automated microfluidic‑based biomarker analysis platform. This role is ideal for a life sciences professional who excels at troubleshooting, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. The successful candidate will investigate internal issues, drive process improvements, and support elevated customer escalations by applying deep assay and product knowledge. They will work closely with quality, engineering, assay development, and reagent manufacturing teams to resolve complex problems, enhance workflows, and ensure consistent product performance. Creativity, strong technical judgment, and high execution standards are essential. A solid foundation in life sciences is required, and experience with immunoassays, microfluidics, automated platforms, or data analysis is highly desirable.
