About The Position

Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is searching for a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving increased revenue through marketing and sales activities for parts and service with your assigned customer list. A successful candidate will be able to build and maintain customer relationships in line with company expectations, while selling parts and service to our end users. Requirements

  • Four (4) year degree preferred or equivalent experience in the Heavy Construction Industry.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of organization.
  • This position requires climbing on and off heavy equipment, and the ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.
  • Have the desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative.
  • Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales activity and drive growth in parts and service, while utilizing PSSR metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop a call tracking plan to adequately communicate with assigned customers on a consistent basis.
  • Identify and secure additional opportunities for aftermarket sales.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with currently assigned and potential customer lists.
  • Work with other internal departments to identify customer’s needs and commit to execution of excellent customer service practices.
  • Other responsibilities as defined by management.
