The successful candidate will be responsible to provide technical support and training for ASSA ABLOY Entrance System PDS products, brands and competitive equipment. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to providing training in a classroom environment, training materials, technical support, rotational after-hours phone support, ,hands on troubleshooting and travel as needed while working closely with the Product Specialist Team. This position will require some travel around the US and Canada on occasion. The position sits in our Monroe NC corporate offices reporting our Manager of Product Support.
