About The Position

Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington D.C. is hiring a Product Support Representative, focused on Power Systems Data Center business. The Product Support Representative position is responsible for maximizing the sale of parts and service capabilities by calling on customers in an assigned territory. The individual in this role demonstrates initiative, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication for finding solutions in an efficient manner. Seeking candidates with at least two years of experience in the power systems industry, preferred. Demonstrated success in a sales environment, preferred. College degree in a related field preferred.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in the power systems industry.
• Demonstrated success in a sales environment.

• Self-starter able to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
• Strong PC skills.
• Good listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
