Product Support Modeler, Senior
About The Position
As a Product Support Modeler, you will support the development of models in tools such as Opus Suite to help the Navy's program managers make critical planning and sustainment decisions regarding their weapon systems. You will support analyses regarding sparing, pre-positioning, and level of repair to provide recommendations for appropriate sustainment planning. You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders around the world to work collaboratively to improve communication and workflow. You thrive on supporting a winning team and are eager to develop your acquisition, program management, and logistics expertise. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with logistics, sustainment, or project management in support of a NAVSEA program office
- 2+ years of experience with data analytics or data science
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Opus Suite modeling software
- Experience with python
- Experience with model-based product support and model-based systems engineering concepts
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering
- PMP or DAWIA Certification
