The Product Support Lead (Technical Library & Database Services) is a highly analytical, detail-driven role responsible for building, maintaining, and refining the systems that support MSHS Pacific Power Group’s technical knowledge infrastructure. This position is well suited for an individual who values structure, predictability, and precision, and who takes pride in methodical, well-organized work. Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), this role manages the acquisition, cataloging, classification, and metadata organization of technical documentation within the TEC DOC Database. The Product Support Lead also serves as the primary liaison with our AI Search Engine Provider, supporting the development and enhancement of AI-powered tools that improve access to technical information across the organization. This role operates in a systematized, efficient environment where tasks follow a logical order, procedures are consistent, and attention to detail is critical to success.
