About the Role The Product Support Engineer role is a technical position focused on understanding, debugging, and improving a real-world production system used by hospitals every day. You’ll sit at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Operations , helping diagnose issues, analyze data, and resolve problems that directly impact customers. This role gives you deep exposure to our codebase, data models, and system architecture—while developing strong debugging, communication, and systems-thinking skills. You’ll own issue intake and triage end-to-end—gathering context, assessing impact and urgency, and ensuring the right issues are prioritized and routed with clear, actionable information. This role reports to the Head of Engineering and works closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and the Operations team.
