About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking to hire a Product Support Engineer Mid-Level (Maintenance) to join our Production Supply Chain Team at our Seattle, WA facility. Position Responsibilities: Manage parts pool configuration of available & applicable parts by program/model type Evaluate impact of service bulletins, mandatory changes, customer options, engineering change memos, part drawing changes and part interchangeability updates Make changes in Master Part Data Library (MPDL) Induct specific models into MPDL and understand model contract requirements related to parts configuration management Investigate and provide solutions to parts engineering related customer requests Draft, coordinate and manage customer Part Configuration Agreements (PCAs) Coordinate with other engineering groups, supplier management, program management, finance and other on-site Boeing support groups Communicate with suppliers and customers inside and outside of Boeing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 5+ years of related work experience with engineering requirements and processes
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in Production Configuration Management
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams/organizations
  • Experience working with suppliers and customers
  • Experience with PDM, CAPP, REDARS, PSDS, IVT, WIRS, VELOCITY, ENOVIA, MyBoeingFleet, SRP, STEPS

  • Summary Pay Range: $111,350 - $150,650
