About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our Product & Customer Care team located in Herriman, UT. This hybrid role provides technical support to our dealer network, assists customers through our e-commerce platform, and manages service scheduling for our factory retail locations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of hot tub systems and components preferred (training available)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
  • Proficient with scheduling software preferred, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in spa or pool industry
  • Experience with warranty processing or e-commerce platforms
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone and email support to dealers for technical troubleshooting on hot tubs and swim spas
  • Guide dealers through warranty procedures and proper diagnostics
  • Document and track support cases in our system to ensure resolution and follow-up
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to online orders, part compatibility, and general spa care
  • Assist with order tracking, returns, and product questions to ensure a smooth online experience
  • Collaborating with the e-commerce team to improve customer service workflows
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments for company-owned retail locations
  • Communicate with service technicians and customers to confirm availability and appointment details
  • Monitor and adjust the schedule to maintain efficiency and meet customer expectations
