Product, Strategy & Operations MBA Intern – Summer 2025

About the position

The North America Product organization is looking for a Strategy & Operations MBA intern. The NA Product Strategy & Operations team is responsible for supporting the Head of NA Product & Strategy in achieving its top priorities. The Manager will report to the Senior Director, NA Product Strategy & Operations and will focus on both strategic and execution-oriented topics.

Responsibilities

• Support key NA Product OKRs and strategic initiatives and own specific projects
• Drive rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support strategic projects and development of executive materials
• Assist in the development of perspectives on a range of strategic initiatives and contribute to the knowledge of key themes/trends
• Develop clear and concise communications
• Build strong relationships with product and cross-functional partners, including the NA Product leadership team

Requirements

• Students pursuing a MBA Degree with a graduation date in December 2025 or later
• 4 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment

Nice-to-haves

• Strong oral and written communication skills, able to craft compelling communications in short time frames
• Excellent project management skills. Ability to adjust to multiple tasks / demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints
• Great problem-solver with strong analytical skills (Excel, quick back-of-envelope math, etc.)
• Experience in and/or exposure to the payments industry
• Strong interpersonal skills; Comfort and poise when interfacing with senior executives
• Curious and fast learner with a positive can-do attitude
