About The Position

As a PSO Manager, we collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and our regional in-market sales teams. This role will lead the go-to-market and product development strategy for our performance commerce (retail, ecommerce, and consumer package goods) clients. We are looking for a PSO Manager to join the PSO team who has the ability to self-motivate, prioritize and influence partners and clients. As a successful candidate, you must have experience working in digital performance marketing, ideally in a product marketing or product management role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product development strategy and roadmap to grow revenue and meet client advertising needs globally.
  • Develop a holistic approach to client-centric GTM operations to advance products and solutions through their lifecycle as well as advance the industry.
  • Coordinate directly with regional leaders in product and sales to understand client requirements, and synchronize insights to build a global view of product and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with XFN teams on product GTM and adoption strategies which would include narratives, solutions packages, best practices and product recommendations.
  • Develop sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledge.
