Job Title Product Strategy Manager What does a Product Strategy Manager do at Fiserv? The Product Strategy Manager will play a critical role in driving the strategic execution and operating cadence of Merchant Solutions (MS). This role partners closely with Product and Sales Leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentum across key strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Management, Product Delivery or product related experience, preferably within the payment space
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Experience in product strategy or business operations within a technology or payments organization
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling skills
  • Strong MC PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Support the successful delivery of Merchant Solutions initiatives by translating strategy into clear plans, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Build and sustain core rhythms of business for including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), playbooks, and weekly executive updates.
  • Support a new product planning and prioritization framework to improve focus, transparency, and decision-making.
  • Enable strong go-to-market alignment between Product and Sales, ensuring shared priorities, messaging, and launch readiness.
  • Support product teams to assess market opportunities and build investment business cases.
