The role will support the Senior Director of NA Issuing Solutions across a range of product solutioning, strategy, commercialization and planning activities. Time spent on these areas will shift based on business needs, including but not limited to: Support product roadmap, development, and launch of new processing solutions that meet the needs of potential target customers Work with existing Visa processing businesses to leverage all existing capabilities in solution build, implementation and post-launch optimization and ensure new solutions are integrated seamlessly into our existing suite of products and services Work with pilot and prospective clients to synthesize client feedback for product requirements and ensure voice of the customer is represented Develop use-case, segment, and client-specific perspectives on solutions that solve key client problems/needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy development, informed by and based on client segmentation analysis, market sizing and competitive landscape & implications Track and report on key metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to drive product improvement and growth This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
