Manager, Strategy Execution & Program Management The Manager, Product Strategy [Operations] is responsible for translating strategic priorities into well-defined, executable programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on driving execution excellence across a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives that drive product scope, expansion, scalability, and value. Operating at the intersection of strategy, product, and operations, the Manager partners with senior leaders to convert strategic direction into actionable plans, delivery roadmaps, and governed workstreams. The ideal candidate is a strong executor with a strategic mindset—someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex initiatives, and ensures work is delivered on time, on scope, and with clear impact. This role is critical to ensuring that product strategies move beyond planning and are realized through disciplined execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
  • 6–10 years of experience in program management, operations, strategy execution, consulting, or healthcare technology roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bringing structure to complex problems.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including planning, risk management, and delivery tracking.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience supporting business case development.
  • Ability to balance strategic context with hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment and accountability without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Program & Initiative Execution Own day-to-day execution of a portfolio of strategic initiatives, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
  • Break down strategic priorities into clearly defined workstreams, milestones, and delivery plans.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, including operating cadences, status reporting, risk management, and escalation paths.
  • Manage go-to-market and commercialization projects across a portfolio of strategy projects.
  • Strategy Enablement & Translation Partner with strategy and product leaders to translate high-level strategy into executable initiatives with defined success metrics.
  • Support development of business cases and initiative charters by grounding strategy in data, operational feasibility, sequencing, and resourcing.
  • Ensure alignment between strategic intent, roadmap commitments, and execution plans.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate execution across Product, Operations, R&D, Finance, Sales, and Service teams to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Drive clarity on ownership, decision rights, and accountability across teams.
  • Facilitate working sessions, planning reviews, and retrospectives to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting Define and track initiative-level KPIs, milestones, and deliverables in partnership with analytics and finance teams.
  • Define and monitor initiative goals, proactively identify risks or gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on execution status, outcomes, and tradeoffs.
  • Go-to-Market & Operational Readiness Support Support execution of go-to-market activities for new capabilities, including launch planning, operational readiness, and cross-team coordination.
  • Partner with product and operations teams to ensure initiatives are operationalized and adopted post-launch.
  • Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve execution rigor, tooling, and operating models across programs.
  • Apply learnings from delivered initiatives to refine future planning and execution approaches.
