About The Position
At Bayer Crop Science's digital farming arm, we advance regenerative agriculture and technology breakthroughs using the latest agronomic science, data science, engineering, and real-world farming experience. With groundbreaking technologies like Climate Fieldview and our ForGround regenerative agriculture platform, our team is a part of some of the most important advancements in ag. The Digital Product Strategy Lead will partner with business owners on product vision, mission, and strategy for remote sensing in digital agriculture, and align on desired outcomes, key metrics, execution and value capturing. You will own the product strategy for field monitoring, where a broad understanding of digital services and key industry players is required (current and historical weather, satellite imagery etc.) You will drive full discovery and execution from idea to launch, and will orchestrate the roadmap for this value stream by fostering collaboration and coaching a talented agile product development team composed of designers, product managers, and a full-stack engineering team.
