About The Position

Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google's functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines. Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Nice To Haves

MBA, or an advanced degree in a Management, Technical or Engineering field.
6 years of experience in finance/investment banking, business analytics, strategy and operations, management consulting, or product management.
Experience with product/technology working for, or with, enterprise tech companies or cloud service providers.
Knowledge of SQL, with advanced financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and deliver presentations and build partnerships with executive leaders and their teams across Google.
Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking and written and verbal communication skills, as you will interact with various people, job functions, and levels, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead data-driven projects and analysis that help executive leadership make decisions on AI growth/ investments, product strategy, pricing, capacity, etc.
Analyze business performance and develop insights on not only historical trends but also where the business is going in the future.
Develop customer segmentation, workload attribution and predictive models for AI customer targeting, growth and attach rates.
Provide insightful and data-driven recommendations to leadership, based on strategic insights, analysis, experience, technical acumen, and good judgment.
Lead the data automation charter to make metrics, and KPIs easily accessible at scale to the Storage Program Management team, and lead quarterly data enablement with them.
