In this role, you will be a key facilitator for the strategic deployment of Hoshin Kanri events across the Global Product Development and Supply organization. Your primary responsibility will be to actively deploy and coach the organization on Hoshin Kanri and strategic policy deployment, leading to the identification of breakthrough actions. You will partner with various functions, operating units, and site-based Operational Excellence (OpEx) teams to ensure alignment of objectives between these groups and the central Supply Chain OpEx group through catchball sessions. You will provide teaching and coaching to transfer Hoshin Kanri knowledge and skills into the organization, supporting process management by applying the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology. Your efforts will focus on delivering step-change performance improvement through the execution of Hoshin Kanri improvement priorities and action planning. As a change agent for Hoshin Kanri adoption, you will champion change management practices to ensure sustainable continuous process improvement. Additionally, you will actively monitor and report on Hoshin Kanri improvement priorities while collaborating with the Performance Center of Excellence (PCOE) team. This position may require up to 30% travel, both domestically and internationally.
