About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer - focused Product Store Team Member to support daily operations at our Columbia Product Store. This role is ideal for an individual with home improvement or construction related experience who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and driving sales within a team environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home improvement, construction, or building materials preferred (block or ready-mix experience is a strong plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn point-of-sale systems
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Nice To Haves

• Spanish-speaking ability preferred to support communication with a diverse customer base

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product selection, recommendations, and purchases
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
• Communicate with contractors and internal teams to promote products and drive sales
• Proactively reach out to contractors within the company to generate and maintain business relationships
• Provide product knowledge and guidance related to home improvement materials, including block and ready-mix products
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and inventory as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and performance targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Follow all company policies and safety standards
