As a Product Specialist at PartsSource, you are on the front lines of that mission — identifying what customers need, matching them to the right solutions, and keeping healthcare running. This is a high activity inside sales role designed for driven, curious sellers who want to build real expertise, own real revenue, and grow into a long-term career in healthcare technology sales. You will develop deep product knowledge across imaging and biomedical categories, manage a disciplined pipeline, and earn a clear path to senior IC or management roles within our Sales career framework. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of inside sales, business development, or outbound sales experience.
  • Proven success with high-volume phone-based selling and prospecting
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly across buyer types.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at or selling into: healthcare technology, biomedical services, HTM, or medical equipment companies
  • Familiarity with companies such as Agiliti, TriMedX, Soma Tech, GE HealthCare, Siemens Healthineers, Philips, Stryker, or similar organizations
  • Background in healthcare supply chain, imaging services, or diagnostic equipment sourcing
  • Understanding of hospital procurement processes and clinical operations environments
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • You are an early-career seller with genuine curiosity about healthcare and a competitive drive to grow.
  • You may be coming from a medical equipment distributor, a biomedical services company, an HTM organization, or a B2B inside sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
  • Identify and engage new healthcare accounts through strategic outbound calling, email sequencing, and digital prospecting
  • Execute high-volume outreach to hospital supply chain, biomedical engineering, and HTM decision-makers
  • Qualify opportunities using structured needs assessment and route to the right solution
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned to monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Account Growth & Customer Engagement
  • Conduct account analysis to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Follow up consistently to deepen relationships and support long-term retention
  • Align PartsSource solutions to hospital operational priorities including uptime, cost, and compliance
  • Partner with field teams, operations, and customer experience to deliver seamless service
  • Product & Market Expertise
  • Develop strong working knowledge of imaging equipment (CT, MRI, X-ray) and biomedical device categories
  • Recommend solutions that directly map to clinical and procurement stakeholder needs
  • Stay current on healthcare supply chain trends, competitive alternatives, and regulatory dynamics
  • Deliver clear, confident product presentations and proposals tailored to each customer
  • Sales Operations & CRM Discipline
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking in Salesforce. Support structured Pipeline Management and forecasting accuracy.
  • Use data to refine outreach strategy and improve conversion rates.
