Your Purpose as a Product Specialist: Creates an exceptional, professional, and welcoming Ford experience through phone, email, and in-person interactions Delivers a highly personalized guest experience across company-provided leads, internet inquiries, referrals, repeat guests, and walk-in traffic Presents Ford vehicle features and benefits with confidence by guiding guests through test drives Builds and maintains strong product knowledge across the Ford model lineup to thoughtfully address guest questions Acts as a trusted Ford product resource, staying informed on new vehicles, features, and accessories and clearly communicating their value Coordinates and completes vehicle deliveries, ensuring a premium, detail-oriented delivery experience Supports guests with Ford technology and vehicle feature education and troubleshooting Remains current on Ford-specific products and innovations by participating in required brand training and courses

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail in daily responsibilities
  • Approaches the role with a long-term career mindset, motivated by continuous learning, skill development, and advancement opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Creates an exceptional, professional, and welcoming Ford experience through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Delivers a highly personalized guest experience across company-provided leads, internet inquiries, referrals, repeat guests, and walk-in traffic
  • Presents Ford vehicle features and benefits with confidence by guiding guests through test drives
