About The Position

As a Product Specialist at Anderson Powersports, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our extensive lineup of Powersports products. You will leverage your technical expertise and passion for adventure to provide personalized guidance, showcase product features, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry to post-purchase support.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry.
Strong passion for powersports and outdoor recreation, with knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Boats, or personal watercraft.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse customer groups.
Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, capable of providing detailed product information and support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our full range of powersports products, including specifications, features, and applications.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to highlight key features and benefits.
Assist customers with product selection, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance, guiding customers on maintenance and repairs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Collaborate with dealership teams and manufacturers to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
