About The Position

Join an award-winning greentech company transforming the built environment by re-energizing building facades and windows — without replacement. INOVUES develops and manufactures secondary glazing systems to retrofit building facades and windows with energy-saving technologies—without replacement. Our patented non-invasive retrofit solutions enable building owners to unlock up to 40% energy savings, meet emissions mandates, and enhance occupant comfort at a fraction of the cost of conventional upgrades. Our systems have been installed across the U.S., including at the headquarters of the U.S. Department of Energy, Con Edison, and 3M. INOVUES is backed by global building technology leader Saint-Gobain and was recognized by TIME as one of America’s Top Greentech Companies. We’re seeking motivated Product Specialists to join our growing team — multiple positions available. This hybrid role combines shop fabrication (~80%) and field installation (~20%), offering variety, skill development, and direct involvement in bringing our cutting-edge energy retrofit systems to life.
