About The Position

As a Product Specialist at VW Omaha, you will meet with guests and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process. Your role involves personalizing every interaction with guests, whether they are company-provided leads, internet leads, referrals, return guests, or walk-ins. You will serve as an industry expert by staying informed of new products, features, and accessories, and assist in troubleshooting vehicle technology features. Additionally, you will successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete and attend product and training courses that are brand specific.

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
