Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, including flower, edibles, concentrates, topicals, and more.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in the organization and restocking of products, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
• Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
• Educate customers on the benefits and proper use of cannabis products, promoting safe and responsible consumption.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to management to help improve product offerings and customer service.
