Key Responsibilities Travel to assigned sites to configure POCT devices and docking stations. Ensure network connectivity (Wi-Fi and wired) for all POCT devices. Apply device settings and troubleshoot configuration issues on-site. Validate middleware connectivity and Epic integration workflows. Collaborate closely with LIS POCT lead and clinical teams during Epic waves. Document configuration steps and maintain technical standards. Required Technical Skillset Networking Fundamentals: IP addressing, DHCP, VLAN basics. Troubleshooting wired and wireless connectivity. Wi-Fi Configuration: SSID setup, authentication protocols, and security standards. Device Configuration: Apply firmware updates, configure device settings, and validate operational readiness. Middleware & Integration: Understanding of HL7 interfaces and Epic connectivity. Hardware Setup: Docking station installation and validation. General IT Skills: Familiarity with Windows OS, remote access tools, and ticketing systems. Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, preferred. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, required. Experience working in a dynamic, high-technology environment, preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills, preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with healthcare device configuration or Epic integration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel regionally and work independently in clinical environments. Additional Details Travel Requirement: Regional site visits are mandatory. Mileage Reimbursement: Company will provide mileage reimbursement for travel.
