About The Position
Ontra is seeking a Product Services Analyst, KYC reporting to our General Manager, Emerging Products, on our Product Management team. For this job, we are currently only hiring candidates based in the United States, with a preference for candidates based in New York City. We're looking for someone excited to drive the seamless completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) requests, facilitate smooth onboarding for new customers by organizing essential files, and play a vital role in launching our new KYC services business. If you have a strong background in KYC processes, exceptional organizational skills, and experience using PowerPoint to create detailed structure charts, we'd love to get to know you.
