You will partner with senior leaders across business, technology, and operations to define and evolve product roadmaps that align with enterprise strategy, customer needs, and key business drivers. You will shape product direction from concept through execution, balancing near‑term priorities with long‑term vision. You will ensure product initiatives are clearly connected to business outcomes, measurable value, and customer impact. As part of AFSG’s evolving product operating model, you will help strengthen how we plan, prioritize, govern, and deliver products at scale, enabling teams to focus on what matters most. You will partner with stakeholders to turn strategy into a focused, outcome‑driven product portfolio, leading roadmap development, prioritization and trade‑offs, dependency and risk management, change leadership, and executive communication.
