About The Position

The Product Recall Specialist is responsible for managing and executing product recalls within regulated timelines and requirements. This role involves handling products returned by customers due to recalls, including counting and packaging them for proper disposition. The specialist will also provide support for various recall activities, such as responding to customer inquiries and issuing call tags. Key responsibilities include organizing the returned product area to ensure timely processing and assisting with FDA recall effectiveness visits. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative function.
• Advance skills level in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrate an eagerness to assist internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage products returned by customers for recalls including count return product and package for disposition.
• Support recall specialist in recall activities, including but not limited to answering customer inquiries and issue call tags to customers.
• Organize the returned area for timely processing of returned product.
• Assist in FDA recall effectiveness visits.
